Stage 01

Foundation
Every ABAD CONCRETE project starts below ground. Our foundation teams execute deep excavations, pile installations, raft slabs, and grade beams with precision — establishing the bedrock on which everything above depends.

Soil investigation → Pile design → Excavation → Pile installation → Raft slab → Waterproofing
Stage 02
The Steel Skeleton
Reinforcement
Our rebar teams fabricate and fix reinforcement to exacting bar bending schedules. Every splice, coupler, and lap length is inspected before a single cubic metre of concrete is placed.

Bar bending schedules → Fabrication → Fixing & tying → Coupler installation → Inspection → Sign-off
Stage 03
Shaping the Structure
Formwork
Advanced formwork systems — climbing, table form, tunnel form, and slip form — allow ABAD CONCRETE to achieve complex geometries, fast cycle times, and premium surface finishes on every element.
Process
Formwork design → Propping & shoring → Erection → Pre-pour inspection → Striking → Reuse
Stage 04
The Critical Pour
Concrete Pouring
Concrete placement is a precision operation. Our site teams coordinate ready-mix delivery, pump positioning, vibration, and finishing to achieve the specified strength, density, and surface quality — every time.

Mix design approval → Delivery scheduling → Pump positioning → Placement → Vibration → Curing
Stage 05
Rising Floor by Floor
Structural Progress
With each completed level, the structure takes shape. Our construction programmes are optimised to maximise floor cycle efficiency — keeping the project on schedule while maintaining zero compromise on quality.

Level completion → Striking → Backpropping → Next level → Progress monitoring → Reporting
